FOLX Health

FOLX Health offers a comprehensive range of services specifically designed by and for LGBTQIA+ individuals, including gender-affirming care, sexual and reproductive health services, mental health support, virtual primary care, fertility education, ally support, and more.

Creators and dependents 18 yrs or older that are enrolled in a medical plan are eligible to utilize FOLX’s clinical services. This program is available to all who fit this eligibility even if you are not a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Please note these services were previously offered through Included Health, but are now offered through FOLX Health.
