Enrolling in Benefits
This year you will have a new tool to help you pick your benefits: Nayya — a digital benefits experience that helps you choose and use your benefits.
- Complete an interactive survey that will give you personalized benefits recommendations based on your needs and preferences.
- While Nayya can offer a recommendation, you will still make your choice of elections in Workday.
- Click here to Start Nayya.
In Workday:
1. Click the Enroll Now button.
2. Log in to Workday.
3. Click on your Inbox items.
4. Click Dependents.

- Click Add.
- Add your dependents’ information, including their birthdays and Social Security numbers.
- Once all dependents are added, click Submit.
5. Go back to your Inbox and click the Complete Benefit Elections task to enroll in our benefit plans.

To Enroll Family Members
If you’re enrolling a family member for medical, dental, or vision coverage for the first time, you’ll need to enter that person’s name, relationship to you, gender, a valid Social Security number, date of birth, and address (if it’s different from yours). Note: In order to add dependents for medical, dental, vision, or supplemental life insurance coverage, you are required to submit dependent verification documents and receive approval from HR before coverage can begin.
