Parental Leave

You deserve the right to play an active role in parenting and to welcome your new child home. Eligible Creators and Sciplayers receive up to four weeks of paid Parental Bonding Leave, alongside the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), after the birth, adoption or foster placement of a child. It must be taken within 12 months of birth, adoption or placement, and it must be taken in a continuous block of time. Creators and Sciplayers who apply and are approved for FMLA leave are eligible to receive Parental Bonding Leave at their current hourly rate.
